- Provides comprehensive teaching and management consulting as well as leadership coaching for domestic and international education and sports organizations based on best practices from around the world
- Coordinate educational search and matchmaking for teachers and executives for clients across North America, South America and Africa
- Led training of more than 135 national educational leaders as a Leadership Mentor and Coach for the KIPP School Leadership Program
- Served as executive leadership consultant for city of Rio de Janeiro; initiated and scaled city’s first-ever 9-hour public school day through Olympic development schools offering international college prep academics
- Co-designed and implemented Escola de Líderes, a leadership training academy for Brazilian leaders to open and improve schools
- Taught functioning of holistic admissions processes and co-designed process to increase volume of Brazilian students studying at top international universities

- athletes in Rio de Janeiro’s Vidigal favela
- Secured in-kind sponsorship from Sheraton Hotels and Resorts
- Established PlayLife Performance program to develop, train and increase worldly exposure for athletes to increase the number of student athletes attending top international universities
FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
Kipp Amp Academy, New York City, 2004-2011
Served as founding principal of KIPP Always Mentally Prepared (AMP) Academy, a public charter middle school in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, that serves a high-poverty population where 85% qualify for free and reduced lunch.
- Achieved four-year growth plan by expanding school community from 70 fifth graders and 6 staff members to 289 students and 36 staff members (grades 5-8)
- Ensured financial stability overseeing daily a $5.1 million budget
- Led assessment of teacher performance and professional development, and ensured accountability around standardized testing
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF TEAM & FAMILY SERVICES
Kipp NYC, New York City, 2008-2009
Built and managed high-performing Team & Family Services group that supports KIPP NYC schools and programs to deliver transformational educational outcomes for students.
- Created, evaluated, and implemented strategic partnerships with community organizations in areas such as clothing, counseling, health, housing, legal and childcare services
- Coordinated internal communications and external outreach for KIPP NYC community
- Organized hundreds of parents to demonstrate and advocate for charter school space and funding

Selected as member of national service corps of outstanding college graduates committed to teaching underserved youth for at least two years; served on Building Leadership Council.
